Such delicious pastries on Saturdays and pizzas on Wednesdays! Highly recommend! My top recommendations are the espresso buns, the jalapeño cheddar sourdough, and the chocolate chip cookies!

JCubed Bread is San Diego's hidden gem! This pop-up bakery consistently comes out with quality baked goods. They have everything from jalapeno cheese sourdough loaves to carrot cake and even freshly baked pizza! Their menu constantly changes so be sure to check out their website to see what they'll have next. They are one of the biggest reasons I miss living in San Diego. If you're ever in the Clairemont area, be sure to check them out. They also take preorders!

Been stopping by almost every weekend ever since we tried their mushroom cheese milk buns! But honestly, also fell in love with every pastry we have tried. Jeff is always kind enough to give us an extra piece to try out. JJ makes the most delicious, yet well balanced baked goods I've ever tasted since moving here to SD. I always look forward to going every Sunday morning with our dog and get our share of baked treats (our dog gets one too). Super excited Jcubed bread is getting popular now and getting the recognition they deserve!

Have had the opportunity to try a number of their products....so delicious! Fresh and tasty. Pleasantly surprised with the strawberry white chocolate cookie with macha powder. Not overly sweet. Will definitely be back for more!!!
