Every aspect from sales to design to delivery to paperwork to service to storage was first class. NIRVC even managed to help us book a tour of the Newmar plant while our coach was in production and we were able to see it being built!

Mike Gabriel and Steven Maher ROCK!!! I have never had a more positive experience while handling and electrical issue. We all know how bad electrical things can be and we ALL want to avoid them.

We had just purchased our coach from the store in Nashville and while driving west, we developed an electrical issue. Here is where the story gets GREAT. We pulled in first thing in the morning and met with Steven. I happened to have photos of the conditions and the part that was needed. Steven was upfront and honest with letting me know that they had the part but they would not be able to install it until the next day.

They arranged fro us to stay overnight at the area on the side of the dealership with electricity. They checked on us first thing in the morning before they took the coach in. They were done later in the day and we decided to spend another night. Wouldn’t you know it, we had another issue crop up. They fixed it first thing in the morning and we enjoyed their hospitality so much we stayed a 3rd night.

Their top notch service and attention to detail really solidified that I will continue to take my coach to them for service. I have already reached out and scheduled an upgrade I would like them to do. I am a lifelong customer after what they did for us. Thank you Mike and Steven.

Logan Joy was very easy to work with in the purchase of our 2022 Galleria 24QLi34X4. This is our first RV purchase. Logan and NIRVC made the process very easy. We have much to learn but the start has been very smooth thanks to Logan and the NIRVC team.

Logan Joy our salesman from NIRVC Phoenix was amazing!!! Anything and everything we asked of him, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We love our new 2022 Anthem Z. Of course, there are a few issues we have to take care of in the Spring, but this is our 3rd motorhome, so we know there is always a bit to deal with. Nothing in life is perfect. We put over 80k miles on our last Entegra and look forward to many more miles with our new coach!!

NIRVC is like no other RV "dealership" I have experienced. Low pressure and an unique buying experience from the facility itself to the Staff that represents NIRVC. Once you arrive to see an RV or call in advance to make an appointment you are paired with an RV Specialist (in our case Conner) Conner did an exceptional job with follow up prior to and during the buying process. Conner was on the lookout for the RV we were looking for and contacted us with potential matches. When we found the Tiffin we liked, he kept us informed throughout the process, PDI and final delivery. Everyone involved gave what felt like a one of one personal experience, from the Sales Manager Brad, to Derrick in financing and everyone including the Tech (Khol) doing the PDI services & delivery to Dusty in Detail dept. We did not feel at all like we were at a "Typical Dealership". The RV industry can be a flawed system that seemingly won't change anytime soon or ever, but NIRVC "is" in fact very different in their business model I think you will see. Our Tiffin Class A 34TGA was priced more than fairly, unlike many if not all dealers taking advantage of the High Market these days charging over top dollar value. NIRVC priced the RV more than fairly at the lower end of NADA book value, which made it an exceptional value and experience for us. If you are looking for an upgrade and just looking for your first RV I would highly recommend NIRVC, I would suggest looking at all their inventory, not only the Surprise, AZ location but include your search to all their locations, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville for the unit you are looking for. Go see their operation and see the difference for yourself. Let them continue to look for you and find the type and/or manufacturer you are thinking of buying and let them help you locate it as soon as they inventory it. They have a buy & fly program they provide as well. Bottom line, it's worth waiting for NIRVC to have the RV you want and to buy from them, it could and more than likely will save you thousands now & later. I read the Owner believes in pricing fairly in all types of Markets, both the high market (like now) and low markets and wants you as a longtime customer, not just to make top dollar off you once, they want you back! From what I have experienced, I believe this to be true and I for one will be doing everything in my power to get our next RV (when we are ready for an upgrade) at NIRVC. So when that time comes, NIRVC will be #1 on our list for so many reasons as described. This is my experience, I hope this helps anyone looking for an RV and wants a different experience than a high pressure, high dollar typical RV dealer. NIRVC is worth going to see and visit whether you are ready now or just thinking of buying or upgrading, go see their operation. Sure they can take your trade, do Consignment (lowest fee in the industry). In addition, they can assist your buyer with financing if you are selling Private Party, also ask them about Their In & Out Service. More importantly, go visit and see for yourself. Happy RV'ing!
