Strong Made Simple

I've been training over Zoom with Brian since March 2020. I can't recommend him enough! Last year, I became a dad for the first time. While this presents a number of challenges to staying healthy, I also had a serious back strain a few months later. Through all of my challenges, Brian has helped me to recover, and stay on track with my health goals. It's almost a year later now, I’ve fully recovered from my injury, and I have strong healthy habits in place to keep me on track. I strongly recommend training with Brian.

Joining strong made simple was a game changer. Brian and Anthony are extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. No matter your age or fitness level, these dudes will get you to your goals and so much more.

Brian is a wonderful person and trainer. He caters all exercises to your needs, aches, etc. that day or week. He has gotten me back to running by strengthening particular muscles and areas where I was having joint problems. He's in contact w/ me via text / cell phone too to keep me motivated and check in on my goals. He has created an online training community of people of various ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds that has led to new friends who I enjoy seeing and talking with regularly. He is down-to-earth and makes training fun. His training and support is invaluable, and he is very thoughtful and generous with his time to help you. I highly recommend training with Brian Tabor.

I work out mostly with Brian - he's amazing. He knows exactly the right amount to push me (I'm lazy lol) but also the right way to support me when I'm feeling less than 100%. He is super knowledgeable about exercise/physiology, so he's quick to adapt a routine that isn't working for you that day. He's also smart, genuine, caring, and funny. I've worked out with Anthony some, and he is a delight: sweet and supportive while also getting you to do the work. Strong Made Simple is about building a supportive fitness community based on strategies that are tailored to your needs and grounded in good research. Can't say enough good things about them both. Give them a try - your health is worth every penny.

I originally sought Brian out for training as a new mom. I had just had my first baby, and wanted to get back into fighting shape and be healthy for my daughter. I am already feeling so much better thanks to Brian’s coaching. I really appreciate his knowledgeable explanations on how to do certain moves and detailed attention to form. I have been an avid exerciser since I was a teenager, but subtle changes that he made to exercises like squats and push-ups, really changed my body and how effective the work I put in can be. I have been to many personal trainers over the years, but Brian is by far the best. I’m so appreciative of his coaching.
