The Beavers Institute was founded to do something positive about the failing bridges in the Portland Metro Area. This is something specifically needs be addressed concerning the Burnside, Morrison, Broadway and Hawthorne bridges. Because with the potentials of a 9.0 earth quake happening it could cripple the region.
