  Being a senior as many of you are and have lost a spouse and are lonely, there are people that take advantage of you.  I was in that situation where a person made many promises and after their name was put on legal documents, would have nothing to do with me and refused to have their name taken off the legal document as promised.  The only option that I had was to seek legal advice.  I contacted Jack at Lieb & Lieb Attorneys At Law,  Jack has a vast knowledge in real estate and after I explained my situation he told me that it sounded like Financial Elder Abuse, he said that it happens quite often.  After negotiations failed, a trial was set and Jack presented my case, and won everything that we ask for.  He is a brilliant trial attorney and I would highly recommend him.

  I needed a realtor and an attorney in California to sell my San Diego home. After reading so many positive reviews online I reached out to Jack.
