“There are SO many amazing things about this apartment complex and I'll try to keep it short but it might be hard! I had a great tour experience when I first moved in. This apartment blew every other apartment I looked at out of the water. The standard of living is so high and fit what I wanted perfectly. They have a market which is extremely convenient when I need a few last minute items for my dinner, they have a large gym with FREE workout classes 4 times a week, a bar in the clubhouse, they have 5 pools (huge plus that they're salt water), and did I mention a food truck every Wednesday?! Amazing and heals my inner foodie. The community is always spotless and clean, and I never have to worry about any homeless people roaming around the area. Mission valley is a pretty decent and safe place to live, and the village only adds to the feeling of safety. If you have a dog, you'll be pleased to know that there is a dog park and a walking trail around the entire community. I've also had to have maintenance come to my apt and they have always been extremely quick, efficient, and friendly. I have literally nothing bad to say about this apt complex, and it is so refreshing to live somewhere that actually cares about their residents. I plan on living here for awhile!!!”

“9/28/14 After a fun day in La Jolla we realized our weekend in San Diego was coming to an end and I hadn't yet seen SD's Mission Basilica. It was one thing on my must-do list, since I've visited almost all the other historical Missions in CA. We rushed through the commuter traffic and made it there ten minutes before closing. As we left, we realized the four of us were famished. We'd barely eaten all day. Oh, thank heaven, for 7-11! Seriously. We pulled up here to grab a snack and they had hot mini tacos! Tacos being one of my favorite things, well, ever... this amazed me! We bought a few for 25 pennies each, and enjoyed our little minis. It was the perfect snack to hold us over until we got back closer to the airport, where we stopped again to eat real tacos before saying our good-byes.”

“I moved in about 3 months ago from Oakland and the complex is beautiful! The apartment is newly renovated with modern accents (which sold us), the facility is clean, and the front desk is very helpful (Chung, Ramiro, and Vania)! I've reached out to maintenance for a couple of inquires and Miguel was always there to resolve them! He is kind, helpful, and works quickly! He knows what he's doing as the inquires have not been an issue since. Definitely enjoying living here!”

My girlfriend got the green curry which was also great and they're one of the few places that offers it without bamboo shoots. Their Thai iced coffee was delicious and although we offered to pay extra to have it without ice they didn't charge us. It looks like we found out new Thai place!”
