  After seeing ants in my pantry, I called Thrasher and they gave me a next day appointment. Raul thoroughly inspected my pantry to find the source for ants and applied gel and was very careful to strategically do it in areas that my dog would not reach. He Inspected other areas in the house, and sprayed for spiders. He discovered the source for ants which was a major infestation hidden under the mice bait station in the backyard!! He treated that and cleaned the cobwebs outside the house. He was extremely helpful, professional, and pleasant and did a great job! He said he will come back in a couple of weeks to get rid of the cobwebs outside the garage since he got stung by bees twice as he tried to do it!! He said I don’t have bee hives but that the bees were being aggressive probably to protect their queen. He made sure to tell me to be careful for myself and my dog when we go there. Excellent customer service!! I love Thrasher! Thank you Raul!

  Great Service!
  We had to battle Mice inside and gophers outside.
  
  Tough battle and I feel like we are winning because of the knowledge and diligent work of Josue!
  
  He knows what he is doing!

  Thrasher is amazing. I've had a couple panics -- one for good reason, another not. They got here within a few hours (or the next day), and explained what was going on and how they'd solve it -- which they did. They are so knowledgeable , so on-the-ball, and so personable. You can tell this is a family business. Robin, Josue, and Demetrius are fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough. ALSO: go local, support San Diego businesses.

  I've been meaning to sign up with a Pest Control service for months and after our recent ant issue, finally made the call to Thrasher. We've used them twice to termite our home and were impressed with their service. Had the pleasure of meeting Zach from Thrasher today! He alerted me prior to his arrival he was friendly and professional. He went over the service plan in detail, answered my questions and applied the treatment. He was patient and thorough; I look forward to seeing him in the future and know I can count on Thrasher for of my pest control needs.

  Thrasher is so professional in every aspect of their business. Chris is our regular technician and is super professional and courteous and kind; he even fixed our hose while there a few weeks back, when other people would have said “can’t complete this until your hose is fixed.” They text before arriving, email monthly service statements and all billing is automatic. It’s a really well ran business with really great people and client service. Highly recommend.
