  I hadn't worked out seriously since college lacrosse (10+ years). My wife convinced me to try out Kevin, its been 3 months so far. For a total of only two hours a week I've seen crazy improvement and really have been enjoying it. Having a set schedule and someone keeping you accountable is what I needed. Besides general fitness I've had improvements in sleep, work, and overall attitude. I couldn't recommend more and encourage others to give a whirl.

  Kevin is simply amazing. He will listen to your needs and build you a custom program that produces the results you want to see and even more! He is very knowledgeable not only about workout programs but nutrition and living a healthy/active lifestyle. My experience has been nothing but wonderful - he's been flexible with my work schedule (I travel frequently) and even accommodated having my husband join my sessions after my husband saw how great Kevin's program is and wanted to work with him too! Work with Kevin and you'll not only get stronger but build and develop healthy habits resulting in better energy, mindset, and confidence!

  He's extremely knowledgeable and really makes you feel comfortable, which is super important for me because gyms can be intimidating. I've noticed a difference in my appearance and strength. It's easy to see his passion for what he does. He's helped me adapt to a new, healthier lifestyle and I couldn't be more grateful! Highly highly recommend Kevin Labar.

  Kevin is absolutely amazing! Literally the best trainer I've ever had! I used to have severe lower back pain and sciatica as well; to the point where I had to take medications and go to physical therapy (which really didn't help at all). Until I started seeing him, I was able to correct my form with certain exercises, learn proper body mechanics not only if the gym but for life. Because I work in the health care industry we're prone to back issues but learning what I have from him has prevented so many injuries I knew I would have gotten from past experiences. His training methodologies are superb! I felt totally comfortable with him and you can tell that he truly cares for his clients overall health and wellness because he focuses on our lifestyles and long term goals.

  Kevin is a wonderful trainer. I’ve been training with him for a year. I’ve accomplished so much within the past year. He doesn’t just help your body look fantastic. He will help you build you confidence. He is also some I talk to the most about my problems. I’m so glad that he had helped me fix my back problems. It’s pricey but it is totally worth it. I am a single mother and work full time and I managed to see him twice a week. He’s part of routine.
