Amazing job by Stephanie! Extremely detailed and thorough. Would absolutely use again and highly recommend. I was afraid to go into my garage because of a horrible rat infestation. By the time she left, I felt confident about being able to enter my garage safely! Worth every penny!

I am so impressed with The BIO-Clean Team! We had an issue in one of our rental units that needed to be taken care of immediately. They were super responsive and fast! They did an extremely thorough job. Stacy is so nice, professional and communicative. Hiro worked extremely hard with our insurance company. To be honest, they feel like family now. Emily and Stephanie were both very helpful and understanding. No matter how picky or how many questions I asked, they did everything perfectly and throughly. I could not have asked for a better team to assist me during one of the most difficult times of my life. From the first call I made inquiring about the company's services, Emily was immediately helpful, caring, and empathetic. As I'm sure it is with most customers, this is not a situation I'd been through before, and her demeanor made it an easy choice for me to decide to go with Bio-Clean. The employee providing the estimate and the on-site technicians were equally as professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the 'situation'. After services were rendered there was a slight discrepancy in the invoice amount compared to what I was originally quoted and after a quick phone call it was immediately fixed with an apology offered as well. These types of services are often needed when people are experiencing a difficult time in life, and it's refreshing to deal with a company in which you don't feel that you're being taken advantage of because you don't have many options. I thoroughly recommend Bio-Clean for your needs not only for their quality of work, but also the personable and caring interactions you receive from their staff.
