  I came in as a first time guest today and from the workout they provided me today just proves that it’s legit and I would highly recommend anyone to join, ONLY IF your up for a challenge!! Great people and the way they push you to get that extra rep in is what makes this place worth going too!

  I grew up highly athletic, I played soccer & rugby, did rock climbing and swimming for years. I stopped working out four years ago and went through a long state of depression. Eleven weeks ago I was finally able to make the choice to get back into shape. With Reggies coaching and guidence I have made the fastest gains of my life. I went from 174 pounds to 184 pounds in 11 weeks. I have been able to lift, bench, squat and pull more weight than I ever did while training for sports. The best example I have to offer is my experience with dead lifting. I had zero experience with dead lifting, untill six weeks ago I started training that lift. In five weeks I have developed excelent form and now have a personal record of 200 pounds dead lifting. Over all my experience with Laserna fitness has been positive. Not only has my physical improved but my mental state and personal drive have also improved. Reggies experience and abilities in coaching and training have had a major impact on my preformance. The results I have gotten from working with him far excede any coaching and training I had in my life. His rates, talent and results are the best I can recomend to anybody in San Diego. The best part is I am just going to keep getting bigger.

  I've changed a lot in physique from learning through Laserna Fitness. I'm one of the original clients (if not the first). I have learned much about fitness in general and the knowledge has stayed with me for many years. Even taking a few months of classes will translate to knowledge that will help you for life. Having a coach that keeps account on your progress is a great benefit in our fitness journeys. Definitely a good investment, especially since health is considered "wealth" now. Thank you Reggie!

  Throughout my whole experience with Reggie i not only saw improvement with the weight lifting but also improvement in the mirror. Reggie was always on time with my weekly workout routines, they were very descriptive and easy to follow. Whenever i had questions about anything he was always just one text/call away. Highly recommended if your truly dedicated!
