  Beyond amazing customer service and quality work. Maybe the best work ethic I've seen in a car shop. Will bring in donuts for the employees.

  The first time I came here was about a month ago because my 2009 Mazda was WAY overdue on suspension work and I needed some place within easy walking distance. But after that experience, and the experience I had getting work on my 2009 Dodge Dakota last night as well, I have to say I have found my new "home mechanic". Pablo and Luis have been incredible. They went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, to help me find the best prices while also getting the best mechanical experience, and helping me to track what other work I'll need to get done with the car. I "speak car" a little bit, so I know when car part salespeople are taking me for a ride, and that is simply NOT the case here. Pablo is an excellent, communicative manager and helped me to understand everything that was going on without being condescending or impatient (which is hard to find in this industry!) I will definitely be back to continue getting work done on both of my vehicles for as long as I live over here. This team is EXCEPTIONAL and deserve recognition.

  I asked Ed to help with the designs for a new house including drafting and coordinate with the city for approval/permits. He was very flexible and responsive considering the number of edits required. He did a very good job and I would recommend him for this type of work.

  Ed Mahony of Pacific Coast Drafting did a great job of drafting my remodeling plans and obtaining my building permit from the city of San Diego Development Services.

  We had a complex project, but Ed handled everything we needed from start to finish. He prepared all the drawings and plans we needed quickly and was flexible with all the modifications that were needed while also readily available for advice and questions. He made all the visits to the city and worked diligently until we had stamped/approved permits. As challenging as it is for a newbie in the permitting process, Ed was great to work with and made the process relatively painless. I would highly recommend Pacific Coast Drafting and am very grateful for all Ed's hard work!

  Ed recently help us on a master bedroom/bath and garage converted into living room. He drafted and navigated the planning department for us. From start to finish he did a great job.

  We have only used Pacific Coast Draft and permitting once but Ed was extremely responsive and helpful with the entire drafting and permitting process. We will definitely be using him and them again.
