  I wanted to upgrade my phone and add a new line for my son. But I didn’t want to have to deal with all the details of transferring my data and porting my son’s number to Verizon. Brittney handled everything competently and I got to sit back and watch. I had exactly the experience I wanted.

  Very helpful and technically savvy staff. Will go there from now on if more phone items are needed, and whenever I need a little technical assist. Theyoung woman who helped us was so lovely and we thank her!

  Aj provided the best customer service experience my mom and I came so I could get my upgrade and he mentioned how we could save on unlimited plan so we switched and he helped me put my screen and case on. He also taught me how to use the newest iPhone because I had the older iPhone 6s Plus so happy with my upgrade and new camera. Aj thanks for All your help and for all the time you spent with us. Your enjoyable to be around and so kind .

  Michael is by far the Best employee I've ever met. Friendly and knowledgeable about his products. Beyond excellent customer service, I am a happy customer. Give the man a raise!!

  Christian went above and beyond. I had found a phone I really liked in their store, but when we were about to begin the transaction, he realized the inventory was wrong and they did not in fact have one on hand. Instead of having me wait a couple days -which I was fine with- he called a sister store and DROVE OUT to get one for me.
  That is the best customer service I've received.
  I wanted to give him a tip but he wouldn't take it! Give this man a raise! ????
