“I didn't shop anything here, I just came to look around, but I'm impressed how clean was this store, I don't like to get inside any thrift shop because the smell is very strong, this store doesn't smell at all, I think is because the inventory gets refreshed very often. They display the items very nicely that everything looks so clean and organized.”

“Amazing and impressive customer service. I live in the East Coast and I was trying to purchase an item for my daughter's birthday that was on sale and was not available for purchase online or in stock in any of the stores nearby from were I live. Therefore, I looked for the item in stores near Los Angeles, California (I have friends in the area that were willing to help pick up the item for me). This was the only store that had the item in stock. I called to inquire information regarding the amount of time that they could hold the item for and explained my situation. I initially spoke to Brad and he took the time to listen to all of my questions and address my concerns. He was very helpful in offering a solution that best fitted my needs. He said that he could speak to his manager Shawn in order to find a way to ship the item directly to me without going through so much trouble. I then spoke to Shawn, who was also very helpful and attentive. He helped me through the purchase process, he gathered my information for shipping purposes and sent me an email with the tracking information. I am currently waiting for my item to arrive and there I don't have any better words to explain how grateful I am for their help. If you need anything I am sure they will do their very best to ensure that you get all the help they can provide.”
