Excellent place to find quality rugs in all price ranges. Friendly staff was very accommodating as we exchanged our first purchase. We ended up with a beautiful silk rug that’s just perfect for us!

Bijan and everyone here is amazing! And of course the quality of the rugs can’t be beat. I came in looking for a very specific type of rug on a strict budget and Bijan helped me find the perfect rug for a wonderful price. When I brought it home I realized I had measured wrong and got the wrong size. I called the next day and he let me bring it back and exchange it for the correct size for free. Bijan made the whole process so easy and was so accommodating along the way. Excellent customer service is super important to me which is why I’m writing this review. On top of that, the rugs here are great quality. Our new rug looks so good in our living room! It’s neutral, hand woven, and 100% wool, so it’s perfect for our dog filled house! Rug Expo has the most beautiful silk rugs I have ever seen!!! My family and I walked in and were blown away from the variety and quality they had to offer. Bijan and his wife lily went above and beyond , to help us find the most perfect rug for our home! They were so friendly and patient they made us feel like family.

After searching online and at other nearby rug stores, I am so happy we ended up at Rug Expo.

Service was friendly but not overbearing, and I felt that the entire staff was happy to take my direction, whether asking for suggestions or asking for some alone time to browse and think.
