Hair In The City

Just had a great experience getting my hair done today and thought I should tell the world! She got to know me a bit before the cut and helped me figure out the direction I wanted to go. I have had anxiety about cutting my curls but she put me at ease and really took care of me. Super happy with the result and feel like I've met a genuinely good person. I'm looking forward to getting my hair done again next time.

After about 8 years of not doing anything to my hair I wanted to get rid of some length and overall weight. I was lucky to find Jan in Mission Valley, and planned on trying the DevaCut + an undercut (I had a LOT of hair!). When I arrived and told her this she said I wouldn't need the undercut, and she was absolutely right. I could not be happier with the results - she was such an expert with handling my curls (something I'm not used to, to be honest!), and is certainly a master of her craft. She gave me great advice and I'll absolutely visit her for any future hair needs.
