“I always make my DMV appointments at this location. If you have all of your documents ready everything goes very quickly. I went in for my Real ID the other day and was in and out within 30mins. I love how this location has a new modern look to it and the staff I worked with were all very friendly and talkative. The man taking pictures was also super friendly with everyone he was taking pictures of and got everyone to smile. The only downside to this location is I don’t have service here with T-Mobile.”

“I wanted to post this for those who are looking for tailor made slipcovers for their home. I didn't see any point in adding my old Ethan Allen sectional sofa to landfill IF it could get a much needed facelift. I'll admit to being worried about all the measuring and details and, well, the process wasn't cheap. But I took the folks at their word and am I glad I did. The white canvas completely covered my red/white buffalo check (I know, but it was the 80s country thing) perfectly and the pieces fit like a glove. Now, a couple of years later I JUST laundered the covers for the first time and...amazing, perfect fit and just as white and crisp as the day they arrived. I just had to write this because I am absolutely thrilled that I decided to order my slipcovers from Needle & Shears. “I was looking for windshield wipers, & the store closest to my house were out. I called Otay Mesa, and spoke to Jadie (hope) I got your name right. & asked if they had any, & if so did they have a certain size? I have to say, she is an amazing employee! I thought for sure she would put me on hold, & never come back, or just say instantly that they didnt have any. But much to my suprise, she briefly put me on hold, came back and said they did have what I was looking for. She consistently spoke to me, with a very pleasent and friendly voice. Even when I asked if she f could check for the size.!! When I went into the store, she was the one that rang me up. And again, she was very friendly, helpful, & courteous! She is the kind of employee thats makes you want to comeback again & again!”
