I just finished the GRM Program with Thera today. I had lost my sister in 2021 and I was so down and out for months. I found Thera as a referral from a support group member. Going through this program with Thera has improved my life so much. I can now think more positively about the great times I had with my sister vs regretting all of the things I could have done better or thinking about the things I should have said. You can ask my wife, I have done a total 180. I feel Thera really got to know me and my sister. She is a great listener and she always has good feedback when you are struggling. The exercises that you do in this program are unmatched by any other. They really make you think and in my case, even brought of some good times that I had not thought of in years. Thera is very passionate about her work and i really appreciate her!

On a side note if you have an FSA or HSA, they will cover this because this work is so important to your overall health!

Thera has been so amazing at helping me deal with my grief after losing my mom. She held my hand every step of the way and when some of the assignments got really tough and I found myself avoiding them because they were too emotional and hard, she encouraged me and gave me the nudge i needed. I’m so thankful that I found her. I now feel like i have the tools in my box for working through other difficult situations and grief that come up for me.

I really loved the process of the grief recovery method. I spent years dancing around my grief in therapy and always desired a structured way to dive in and address grief in a way that held me accountable but also offered guidance and structure and this is it...and there is no better person to guide you through it than Thera. I have so much gratitude for her and the work she is doing to walk with people in their grief. When I came to Thera I was dealing with the most difficult loss I had experienced. I felt alone in my grief and Thera validated all of my emotions and guided me through the process with support, empathy, new knowledge, and laughter (which I really needed). It was the healing that I was looking for!
