Warm atmosphere. The office associate and the nurse are very nice and very helpful. Dr. Chong as always wants to know my complaints and a good listener and assured me that he can get me better. I am happyto be under his care.

I have 19 years of experience with pain management specialists And I have experienced the best to the worst possible treatments you couldnt even imagine possible. He is compassionate about being a doctor. He makes sure he is providing you with the best possible care that he can offer you. He actually takes the time to review your records. Then approaches you with a plan. He also allows you to be part of your treatment by engaging in conversation with you and your Doctors. He takes the time to listen and answers any questions or concerns you may have and creates a solid plan with you that makes the most sence and that you are comfortable with.

Dr. Chong is a very capable and empathetic Doctor. In my opinion, "Dr. Chong is very knowledgeable about all different types of chronic pain diseases.
