(December 30, 2019, 2:10 pm)For younger children the focus is on respect and discipline and a little less on technique which is fine. Haven't yet progressed to the more technical level but the experience has been positive overall.

(March 8, 2014, 10:47 am)My son just started attending the adaptive Taekwondo classes and we love it. The instructors are wonderful and really instill a much needed confidence my son. It is a wonderful blessing the service they provide from this program to the community...I'm happy to say I'm glad we found this program and hope to participate for a long time.
