College Postal Plus

My experience at College Postal Plus has been fantastic. I've been a regular customer of Mir's at his other store in Point Loma and I'm pleased that he has brought the same level of professionalism and commitment to excellence to this store as well.

An example of his commitment to excellence is that his and his staff will go above and beyond to figure out why packages haven’t arrived at their scheduled destination even if it means dialing up corporate customer service at FedEx or UPS and giving providing customers with an update.

Another example is that if a customer walks in right at closing, they'll make sure to help out the customer even if it means closing the store later than usual.

Additionally, during the Covid pandemic, the folks at College Postal Plus have done everything possible to keep customers comfortable. Things like airing out the store, wearing masks, having limited number of people in the store at any time, readily available hand sanitizer etc are staples of their care and sensitivity during his trying times.

If you haven't been to College Postal Plus for your mail and shipping needs, I highly recommend it.

Great service. I love the fact that you are protecting your workers and customers by making masks mandatory. The big dude there, I think his name is Peter or Pedro is very respectful and kind. Thank you for being available during these crazy times.
