Solterra Ecoluxury Apartments at Scripps Highlands San Diego

I have not lived in an apartment for years, but i came across Solterra and immediately like the aesthetics of the apartments.
But what really closed the deal for me was the fantastic service and support from Shannon. I am thankful and grateful for Shannon's and Solterra teams commitment to making Solterra an enjoyable place to live.

Having lived here for more than 3 months, I really enjoyed my life here. Shannon has always been very considerate and willing to offer help since the first time I came here. The staff and neighbours are also very friendly. Love the community!

We moved into Solterra a few weeks ago and love it here so much! The office (Shannon and Jeremy) have been so inviting and helpful. Any questions or concerns, Shannon has been amazing and has answered every question very quickly! The grounds and apartments are so clean and beautiful! The maintenance are wonderful and very respectful! I would recommend these apartments!!!

Solterra is a good choice for anyone looking for newer housing with up-to-date facilities and high standards of maintenance. The community is small and feels very safe. The maintenance staff respond quickly and professionally when issues come up. The clubhouse, gym and pool area are kept clean and comfortable, and there are regular events organized by the staff, who are always friendly and accommodating.
In my opinion the only significant downsides to be aware of are the freeway noise (which varies depending on where the unit is facing) and the fact that it's not a very walkable location. It has very convenient access to the freeway and East Mira Mesa though, so getting places by car is quick and easy.

I chose Solterra because the apartments and grounds are clean and well-maintained, and also due to the fact that I can charge my electric car in my garage here. I've lived here for almost two years, and feel that the Solterra apartment complex and surrounding areas are quite safe. The location is great--within 10 minutes drive to a great variety of stores and restaurants, less than 20 minutes to the beach. It is close to the freeway and some other high-traffic roads, so when you are outside, some portions of the property can be rather noisy. The noise isn't a problem inside the apartment, though, as the units appear to be well insulated, and you can't really hear the road noise (or your neighbors, for the most part). The neighbors that I have interacted with seem to be respectful and nice--there haven't been any loud parties, etc. The office and maintenance staff have been friendly and very responsive every time that I have contacted them (though I really haven't had to interact with them much, since there really haven't been any significant issues to address). I would definitely recommend Solterra if you are looking to live in an apartment.
