  Excellent staff. I had a 8mm kidney stone. Ended up in emergency twice. Hint to everyone use a vibration messages to temporarily release the pain.
  
  Called their office and got my appointment within a week. Extremely nice staff as I said. My appointment was on Wednesday at 4:30 by 5pm I was having an X-ray at the hospital next door. The doctor called me next day on Thursday with the information about the stone. He clearly gave me all the options I had based on the result the day before, but reiterated them in this call. Laser surgery was the way to go. By next day his team submitted the paperwork for the insurance. They advised me to also call the insurance in order to speed up the process. By Monday I was in the surgery room. I don’t remember anything other than falling asleep and waking up a few hours later. I was able to get up and go the bathroom. Recovery took about 3 days and wow I am a changed person now. The next appointment was set automatically within the next two weeks.
  
  I highly recommend them. Trust me I had to deal with other urologists before and his is my #1.

  I feel that Dr. Vapnek is the most professional doctor that I have met in 79 years. He listened to my problem and took action that corrected a situation namely removing me from a medication that was not appropriate for my condition. After stopping this medication I began sleeping longer because my toilet visits dropped from 4 to 1 per night. I recommend him highly.
