My property manager introduced me to Mr. Ching when my tenant stopped paying rent during the pandemic. He handled the eviction and was able to get the tenant out. Highly recommend Mr. Ching and his staff.

My parents has a rental property in San Diego with a non-paying tenant. I found Mr. Ching because he spoke mandarin. I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Ching and he listened to my parent's landlord/tenant problem. He advised on the current California eviction moratorium and also pointed out that San Diego County has their own local ordinance which was more restrictive. He advised sending a 15-day notice with an unsigned declaration for the tenant to sign. He also recommended we apply for rental assistance, which we did and got all the owed rent paid! Mr. Ching is very knowledgable in landlord tenant law. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Mr. Eric Ching by our real estate agent to review our real estate purchase agreement.
