Super workout and best part is out of the gym in 45 minutes
Great system in place for the exercises, clean and organized facility, friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Great environment to get the results you're looking for
As an instagram 8 week challenge winner, this is my second day at F45 Sorrento Valley, but all the staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting have been extremely nice and supportive. They really set a welcoming environment and make this new process very comfortable as if we've known eachother for years! Shoutout to Alyssa Gill, Coach Lee, Lydia Vogel and special shoutout to my mentor who helped set me up with the whole challenge process Lidsay Bradley.
Trainers are always encouraging and nice. Love the variety of exercises and that I'm able to modify them if I need to. Love that it's only 45 minutes.
Great workouts, good coaches, and always a new workout. Manageable but challenging. Clean workout area with a shower, easy check in on an iPad, water filter station and visual aids that show how to do the workouts, how many rounds are left, and how much time is remaining for each round.
