I would like to say that I was treated with the upmost respect and kindness the entire time I was there for my surgery for my knee. Dr. Jonathan Myer is a kind person with a pretty good bedside manner and all the nurses were just nice, from the front desk receptionist professionalism to smiles while Checking me in. If your doctor can use this facility, I would suggest this would be a good place for them to do the surgery, it’s very clean pretty decore, and they had a heating blanket. They had numbing stuff for your hand when they do your IV just little things that I haven’t experience before, so 5 stars facility snd service. Also, my Anthologist doctor was pretty cold as well. 👍👍👍👍

This is my second surgery at the Surgical Center and my experience is the same as the first time. The staff was fantastic and caring. They take very good care of you. I would definitely recommend Surgical Center for any foot surgery and I think they also do shoulder surgery as well.

HANDS DOWN one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was so nice, so accommodating, made sure I felt safe and secure. The place was very clean, and the staff were beyond nice. I will recommend to everyone. My surgery went perfect! No regrets! I’d come back 1,090 times over.

Great experience! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very cared for with extra attention from everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses, doctors and anesthesiologist. Highly recommend Five Star!

Everything was great! was nervous to go into procedure even though it was smaller one. Dustin (RN) was super awesome made me feel relaxed before hand. All of the staff was really great and one nurse (bummed I can’t mention her name because I forgot [sorry!] even let my Fiancé come and sit with me for a while beforehand because she could tell I was nervous. All around great experience thank you all for what you do!

-only recommendation I did feel a bit rushed by the Post op tech or nurse or not even sure who she was. I was very groggy and was having trouble thinking/ processing things quick enough (if that makes sense) and felt a little rushed out. I understand there are a lot of patients behind me and surgery schedules are tight but just a tad bit more discharge patience is the only thing I could add for improvement! Thank you!
