(May 19, 2018, 5:38 pm)Marquis Pilates is my sanctuary away from home! The owner Laura, as well as her entire team, are professionals who truly care about the well being of their clients. They have the skill to understand each clients physical state and are mindful to moderate moves to meet the needs of your body. Yet they also challenge you to exceed limits you may have set for yourself. I feel that my needs are met with every class. Pilates has made me stronger and more confident! I love Laura, Cassandra, Danielle and Team Marquis for the value they add to my life!
(May 10, 2018, 4:13 pm)I've been enjoying reformer Pilates st Marquis for 7 years. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful in preventing injury and working to improve an old injury. You not only increase your strength but loose inches. It's a gentle effective workout
(May 7, 2018, 6:31 pm)Marquis Pilates + Yoga truly is an unique boutique studio that gives amazing personal attention to its clients. The studio is very clean and beautiful. Every instructor is so nice, accommodating and always full of inspiration. I became a client 6 years ago when I wanted to get in shape to run my very first 5k. I could not imagine going anywhere else for my Pilates, Barre or Yoga classes. This studio has become my second home in Tierrasanta. Many of my friends are clients too!! I am so grateful I discovered Marquis Pilates + Yoga for my health, mind and wellness. Thank you!!!

The staff are very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. They specifically get to know you and help you meet your needs and goals. They know your limitations and work with you to prevent injury.
