I recently worked with Robert to find a home in San Diego after moving from Scottsdale, AZ. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable about the San Diego housing market, and the differences between purchasing a home in Southern California as opposed to other parts of the U.S. He went out of his way to assist in researching potential homes (especially the shoddy unpermited additions and remodels that plague San Diego), and also went out of his way to ensure all aspects of the closing process were properly handled by the Title and Escrow companies. He was very flexible in locating a different class of homes when mid-stream I changed my perspective on the type of home I wanted to find. I would highly recommend him to others that want a realtor that is focused on his client's needs and timeline (rather than one that wants a quick completion to just quickly get their fee).

I recently purchased a condo in UTC San Diego. I saw Robert's website online and gave him a call. He was very professional from the start. We met and discussed what I was looking for. Since I was not preapproved, he helped me out with that. It took a little time to find the right lender, but we finally got a preapproval. We spent about a month and a half looking at condos in UTC, Clairemont and PB. I finally found one that I liked in La Jolla / UTC and made an offer. There was a little negotiating, but I finally got it accepted. Robert helped me with the inspection and really explained everything to me. There was a lot of paperwork, and Robert met with me several times to go over everything. I would recommend Robert to anyone looking to buy a condo or home. He does an excellent job.
