Dr. Kannan is all you could ask for in a doctor. She’s an excellent dermatologist and truly cares about her patients. She always feels very present which I so appreciate. I’ve had medical, surgical and cosmetic procedures performed by her, all with outstanding results.

Dr. Kannan has been my dermatologist for a number of years. I have followed her even when she has moved practices. I’m in my mid 30s with two small kids and my face started to show it. She recommended a number of different products and within a month I saw a huge improvement. Once I had obtained as much gains as I could from topical creams I discussed additional treatment options with her. She recommended Clear and Brilliant and micro needling. I am two treatments into my Clear and Brilliant and couldn’t be happier. I went from looking like I’m in my mid 30s to being asked if I’m 25!!! Highly recommend Dr. Kannan!!!

While not mainstream yet to get cosmetics done as a guy, I still wanted to find the right dermatologist as I had no idea what skincare to use as a guy or what procedures are good for me. Dr. Kannan is and was that person. She performed my botox and did an amazing job.

She is very meticulous and explained all the pros/cons in detail. I still looked like myself but with fewer wrinkles. I look forward to getting laser treatments done with her, like she previously recommended.

Most people don't realize that dermatologists often having the highest board scores out of everyone in their medical program. Dr. Kannan is no exception. Dermatology is highly competitive so only the best make it. Then they compete for top residency training, which she has had. So many people offer skin care without these decades of training. Why not go to the best? Personally, she successfully zapped away my sunspots from years of swimming outside, travel to deserts and hiking. She tells me what products to use. When if comes to your body, go for the best. Those in San Diego are lucky Dr. Kannan lives there. She's also very skilled at addressing skin cancers.

Dr. Kannan handled my surgery with incredible care. She gave me a very clear preparation and all my options, took time to make sure she did the best job with it she could to ensure fast and full healing, and was very present in the weeks that followed with check ups and after care. Both her skill as a surgeon and her bedside manner are what one would hope for in a doctor. I highly reccomend her.
