The first time I took my, then, newborn son in, our appointment had been delayed because of a circumcision before us. My son was hungry and crying. Dr. Snyder walked in and offered to take him. As soon as he was in his arms, my son stopped crying and Dr. Snyder laughed and said, "you smell like lunch to him!" Ever since Dr. Snyder has been very sincere, extremely helpful and never patronizing. My son is always happy to see him, and vice versa. The nurses are great, too. They have divided their office into sick and well sides, so you don't have to worry about your kids playing with sick germ toys. I think they might also divide the exam rooms like this as well, as we seem to go in certain ones when my son is sick and others for his wellness checkups. I would highly recommend Dr. Snyder and his office for anyone in the area looking for a SUPER pediatrician who is absolutely great with kids.”

“Cocina 35 was highly recommended by a friend! We each ordered a tocho-morocho. This included a chilquiles verdes, tamal grattinado, 1 huevo ranchero, and beans. I decided to add steak on top of my chilaquiles which was an extra $5, so wasn't too worth it. Also had an agua frescas la verde, but it was a little bit too sweet for my taste buds. For my first time having chilaquiles, I felt it was like a wet nachos. Huge fan of chips, so it was a great dish to try! Parking easy to find in the plaza. The place definitely gets busy!”

“The ladies are nice and do a good job. My polish has held up well after more than a week. The chairs are super comfortable and massage feature is great. I also enjoy the decor. The massage guy is average, I have found a nearby place that offers better (albeit more expensive) massage therapist massages. Edit: I have found the last few experiences here less than satisfactory so am taking away a star. The ladies were lackadaisical in massage and treatment of my hand and feet. I didn't get new polish and there wasn't the attention to detail to at least file my finger nails properly. They also used to do a slight discount if you only wanted a mani/pedi w/o polish, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.”

“Our daughter (2.5) has been at Ana's Little Kangaroos for one year and I am certain that there is no better daycare in San Diego. Ana and Mirko create such a positive environment for the children with a strong commitment to safety, health, learning, routine, structured and unstructured play. I believe that they genuinely love all of their kiddos and always act in the child and the family's best interest. They communicate so well with the parents and are very professional when it comes to pay, time off, rules, holidays, sick children. This allows for a lot of predictability which supports families as they balance work and other priorities. We are so grateful for this daycare and I am certain my daughter is a better human because of the influence of Ana and Mirko and the other kids and families in the daycare.”

“Pulled into the ALADDIN AIRPORT PARKING facility to use their EVgo electric charging station. They have ten. Most offer level 2, high-speed charging. (J1772, CCS, and Tesla plugs are available.) Upon entering you must take a ticket from the machine in the EV CHARGING lane. There is no charge to exit the 1,500 space parking structure, when using the chargers. Aladdin's secure parking is close to cruise ship's terminals. A free bus transports to and picks up your party from the port. The well-maintained charging stations are located down on the lowest level, called the first floor. The ADA compliant restrooms are on the street level (third floor.) There is an elevator. If necessary, an employee will direct you. Charging my Mustang Mach E (80%) took less then a half hour. When finished with charging, drive your car to the reception desk (street level) and have your ticket stamped. You have fifteen minutes to leave. Exit using the EV EXIT lane. Aladdin Airport Parking is located near the end of the San Diego Airport runway. So, except for the intermittent, earsplitting sound of landing jet aircrafts, it's a great place to charge your car.”
