I needed catheters but they did not fall within my insurance network. A woman named Debra went Above and beyond for two weeks straight in tracking down another company who could fulfill my referral. (I kid you not, she did far more than my own doctors office). She single handily made phone calls to other companies and found me someone who could fulfill my referral so that I can essentially live. Without those catheters I would be going into sepsis in two days or back in the Er with a folly.
She found someone, they fulfilled my order and I had to make sure everyone knew that she could have just told me “sorry find someone else good luck” instead she called me daily and followed up with me and she continually called around until someone was able to fulfill it. I cannot thank 180 medical and Debra enough. She did what my own doctors office wasn’t willing to do. She did more than I could have imagined and she didn’t even know me.

They were extremely helpful when I had to order my first catheters with match-ups to what I was used to from the hospital to what might be a better fit for me and my lifestyle for comfort & convenience. Later when insurance changed they helped me through that nightmare. Appreciate them very much.
