Mark and everyone at Biggs were amazing! Definitely the place to go to for your Harley needs! After a really disappointing experience at another local dealership, it was refreshing to find one that was clearly straightforward and transparent about everything. This is the way that business should be done!

Called earlier in the morning about a near-new Street Bob 114 that was listed and Mark set an appointment and test ride for me. Got there, the bike was ready and after a couple of minutes chatting, I was on my way for an enjoyable test of the bike, which I loved. Got back and decided to go forward with the purchase and things were efficiently done, with all costs being explained and no surprise/hidden charges. Simple and easy.

Highly recommend Biggs and Mark!

I'd been shopping around for a new bike, and had contacted most - if not all - of the Harley Davidson dealers in the area, all the way from San Diego to Riverside. I knew I wanted a road king, and knew how much I wanted to pay. Out of all the dealers I talked to, Biggs was the only one that was straight up and honest with their pricing. There weren't any added fees. They didn't try to beat around the bush with pricing. They were straight shooters from the jump. It was probably the fastest deal I'll ever do on a motorcycle. Derik, the salesman, was great to work with and very honest. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and would happily do it again. Overall a great buying experience. I wish I could say the same for the other dealers I tried to work with in the area.

One cool thing (to me anyway) I found out during my purchase was that Biggs is the only family owned dealer in the area. I'd much rather my money go to a locally owned business instead of a corporation. I didn't realize it at first, but I think the family owned business model trickles down into the salespeople, which is why it was such a distinctive difference compared to some of the other dealers I dealt with.

I just want to say thanks again to Derik for hooking me up, and the business owner for creating a solid, small business vibe. It's really appreciated.

Great overall experience. Our floor salesman Mark was straight to the point, covered all our questions and concerns. We had called ahead to schedule a test ride for what we were interested in, along with our initial questions, Mark had it all gassed up and ready to go.

I will say that the back of house finance (different person) was a little more the traditional sales experience. After saying we would pass on the warranty she asked why then continued to try and sell us on it. Not that big of a deal, but still.

My experience shopping at Biggs was excellent. Go see Ernan. He exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of information about the motorcycle I wanted. He gave me the best deal. Put it this way, he beat four other dealerships. From sales to finance the process was smooth and easy thanks to Ernan. A big thank you to him and the management team who made it happen.

This is a huge thank you to Mark and everyone at Biggs in San Marcos. After dealing with multiple other local dealerships and getting the run around and lies I contacted Biggs and Mark answered the phone. After the other dealerships refused to honor the financing rates that are on Harley’s website Mark assured me that if I qualify for that rate than they’ll get me that rate. I started looking at a used bike and they honored the rate the other dealerships said that they would not do right from the beginning. Mark then went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park on a brand new 2023 low rider s at an even lower rate and a lower payment than the used one was at. The whole process was hassle free and absolutely no pressure at all. The team at Biggs truly values their customers and doesn’t look at them as walking dollar signs. If you’ve been through the same run around and lies from other dealerships do your self a favor and stop at Biggs and see Mark and you’ll leave happy on the bike you want.
