Chapman's Automotive

I just want to say that Chapman automotive was ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!!!! I was in such a rut with my car and John got my vehicle taken care of and back on the road!
He answered all my questions, the price and service was just top notch and I can say I’d recommend them to anybody!!!!! Thank you so much Chapman Automotive for helping me so much with my car!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

John at Chapman's Automotive is very kind & knowledgeable they mechanics in the back are great. He helped me fix my truck as I had taken it in to chevy dealer in carlsbad a few times & it came out after with a terrible sound under car after I paid almost 3,000 for new a/c Compressor & oil change & tire rotation. I heard a terrible sound after starting the car that i didnt hear before i took it in & I could hardly stop the car after driving home why did they not hear this terrible sound when driving car to park in front of building for pk up.. So I called Chapman's the next day & John said bring it in & let us look it over so I set in the comfortable waiting room so I could hear results then he said he could order parts & have it done in 2-3 days he called me on second day said it was ready.That was fast! He also helped me look up some things for the truck I was iterest in & printed it out. Thanks for taking the time to look things completely over & explain things as you found them out. Great place I can trust!!

The team at Chapman's has been great. Been using them for a couple years now and they are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They tell it like it is, offer their fair assessment and recommendations which does not include upselling at every step like many other shops, and do their best to keep things affordable. They have even handled break pad warranty replacement without me having to ask which helped save me some money I didn't know I had coming to me. I recommend Chapman's for sure.

I had a brake job and alignment on my Camry. Great job and price. They also gave me their senior discount. The man at the counter was friendly and their waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I live close by so they gave me a ride home and back to pick up my car.

John was courteous, helpful, and got my car in quickly (ahead of schedule) as I was a few minutes early. He communicated with me throughout the service and made sure I was well taken care of. The technician who worked on my car was efficient. I highly recommend Chapman's, and I've finally found a place where I can take my car for regular oil changes and maintenance and know I'll be taken care of honestly and efficiently.
