I have done VO2 Max testing with Ken three times now, twice for my running VO2 Max and most recently on the bike. Ken is so wonderful to work with. He explains everything so clearly from start to finish. Ken coaches so well throughout the testing process, providing positive renforcement, pushing you when you need it, and coaches through maintaining a steady cadence, all which work to get you the most accurate results possible. I will be working with Ken over the coming 6 months in training for an Ironman and I couldn't be more excited to have him and his knowledge in my corner in preparation for such a lengthy endurance race.

I am a 64-year-old triathlete. Ken did a superb job in both the testing and debrief post-testing. He is a great communicator. I learned many new things and we produced a great list of 5 take-aways---things for me to work on to improve. This was my first test. I will definitely be going back for more to see how my adjustments are effecting my performance.

I had an excellent experience working with Ken. He set up a complete training program for a 50-mile mountain bike event I just completed. Each Saturday Ken sent me a weekly training program, and would respond to any questions I had within 24 hours. As the event grew closer Ken helped me dial in my pre-event and event nutrition and fluid intake. On the day of the event I felt confident that the rigorous and carefully planned training program had set me up for success. I highly recommend working with Ken for any endurance training/event.
