(March 16, 2015, 6:33 pm)I been seen Dr Czvik for long time, and I have never had a complaint. His staff is great and always respond to my request right away. I didn't understand how my insurance worked until they explained it to me. They have gone above and beyond to any of my medical needs. It's sad to see how some people just comment with out knowing how system works and understanding how busy a office can get, they have a 24-48 hours call return policy to return call when not urgent. Dr Czvik is really throughout and extensive on his examinations, and gives patients all the time to ask questions and explains everything in an easy way to understand, it's really hard to find a Doctor like him. His staff is always helpful and nice.
