Marc San Marcos

We had a tour with Dickerson, who by the way was so real and honest, and we will all be honest is the biggest selling point of these apartments. He showed us everything he absolutely could in order to give us any and all information we needed. He endured so many of our rapid fire questions no matter how big or small the question was. He took time and cared about what we wanted and needed vs just trying to sell the property. He has held our hand through the process so far but not in an overly smothering. Dickerson is by far one of the best realtors I have met throughout my life. We are excited to continue working with him through the rest of our process.

Wow! What a beautiful apartment complex. Bianca was extremely informed and kind. The tour was very informative and we were able to tour a variety of different styled apartments. Everywhere (gyms, pools, apartments, etc) felt very clean. This seems like a wonderful place to live. Looking forward to the application process and hopefully moving in soon.

My experience at Marc San Marcos was precisely what I was seeking. Having not rented an apartment in years I was diligent in seeking the right apartment for my temporary circumstance. From my first call and meeting with Herlinda, she and the rest of the staff, (Shawn, Niki, Felipe, Salvador and more) were so professional, friendly and provided great service. I was surrounded with great, friendly neighbors including young, older, families and dogs. The amenities are nice and kept up. Even with the size of the complex being larger, noise was never a problem (well insulated walls). Thank you to the staff and tenants at Marc for the positive experience. I would highly recommend Marc apartments to anyone in need of an apartment.

I visited Marc apartments this past weekend and I have a very good impression of the area. Dickerson was my apartment tour guide. He was very kind and helpful in showing me the premises. Thank you Dickerson! What I like the most is the feeling of visiting a resort and not the place where people live. They have a beautiful landscaping, and everything looks clean and tidy which is very important to me. The two bedroom apartment is spacious with a good size kitchen. I can easily see myself living there.
