Spent the day learning a bit about the art of weaving from a true master and a gracious host. Thank you Beryl for sharing your experience and love of weaving. It was a great day!

I am from Maine, and while visiting the Borrego Springs Art Center, I learned about The Julian Weaving Studio. I arranged a visit there, and Beryl was so gracious and willing to share her time and amazing knowledge of weaving. She is an enthusiastic teacher with boundless energy and talent. This is textile therapy, color therapy, and active meditation all rolled up in a beautiful piece of clothing you can make it one day and get a lifetime of compliments while you stay stylishly warm. And then there is the retail therapy of wearable works of art.
