Great Gym! They now have yoga, cycling and other classes than just crossfit training. The prices are reasonable and the staff are trained and certified unlike other local "crossfit" gyms.
Crossfit Pride in Santee is an amazing place to work out! The gym is clean, has nice equipment and an experienced, friendly staff that teach proper technique. The workouts are geared for anyone ranging from beginner to expert and offer a fun, competitive and unique opportunity to exercise. The owner Caren is very accommodating and goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience and achieve the best results. I definitely recommend Crossfit Pride if you’re looking to accomplish better health, mobility, strength and endurance.
