(February 7, 2019, 11:30 pm)This place is great! I've been coming here for years. Sean (the owner) has gotten me out of so many jams with my cell phones. He's helped me transfer plans, done great repairs, and guided me through many decisions with my mobile devices. He extended the life of my phone by replacing my screen, battery, and home button. Sean is always super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They have a great selection of phones, accessories, mobile plans, and repair options. The shop has very reasonable prices. Don't drop a ton of money on a new phone, get it repaired! I highly recommend FreeTouch Wireless be your first stop for any and all of your phone or tablet needs.
(June 28, 2017, 12:09 am)This place is my go to for phones issues! The owner is very knowledgeable and is super quick and efficient! Other staff is also very helpful, friendly, and they get me in and out with my phone issue in record time! They have been honest with me about what I needed and what I didn't. They have saved me lots of money over the last few years by fixing my phones so I don't have to buy a new ones! I would honestly never have anyone else touch any of my wireless devices. These people are truly great and awesome, honest people! I highly recommend them!
(April 18, 2017, 11:02 am)Have been coming here for years, Shaun knows his business and will try to save you money whenever possible, he has helped me get any issue with my phones resolved quickly and most the time with no charge, I don't do a lot of reviews but its the least I can do here, I have recommended Free-Touch Santee to anyone I know and have sent many friends and family here to get a lower priced plan, new phone, or repair. I would usually hesitate to recommend anything because if there's a problem latter on it can somehow be your fault "kill the messenger" but I am happy to say this place has never let me down. *
(November 18, 2016, 6:06 pm)My family and I come here all the time. We have simple mobile, which we love! We get unlimited talk text and data for only $40. Shawn the guy there is super nice he fixes my phones all the time! I tend to drop it a lot but he fixes my iPhone screen in only 20 minutes! I'm in and out in no time! The best part is he does it so quick my parents don't find out it's a win win I get my phone fixed and I don't get in trouble with my parents! I love coming here!
