    We live on the Apartment side of the Arbors. This community is beautifully landscaped, beautifully clean and maintained . We have a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that comes with a fireplace, 2 spacious balcony's in the front and back. Management are friendly and helpful. We are very happy to have found this lovely quiet community .Thank you for making it that way .

    This is a beautiful complex, very nice apartments. We have been here over a year, just renewed our lease. Rent increase was minimal, would recommend to all! Very pet and kid friendly ????

    I live in one of their 2 bedroom 2 bath units and these apartments are huge! Plus they have a front and back balcony with a big storage closet and washer and dryer hookups. You wont find anything this big for the price in San Diego. They are super responsive to requests. I think a lot of the negativity is from units who dont follow the rules (all normal and standard). The staff here are very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable family friendly place to live.
