“Update: I wrote this review before I knew Alan was in an accident. He did contact me later that day to reschedule. The crew showed up on time and provided quality work. I was very happy with their service overall. I made an appointment for an estimate and Alan showed up but unfortunately didn't have the proper equipment to access my roof. We rescheduled for the next business day and HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. He didn't call or inform me he was not coming. I called him several times and no answer. This caused me to be late for work and to have to start over to find a roofer. I would have rather him say he just didn't want the job! Unprofessional and a waste of time!”
