“Really a great spot. I always advocate for local suppliers who serve professionals over big box stores. The guys at Express pipe were a perfect example of why. I walked in with my kitchen sink drain assembly in hand, clearly as a DIY homeowner and got some of the best service I've ever received. I wish I had gotten names of the people who helped me, but one guy who seemed to be some sort of manager and the man working the register (Rick?) were extremely helpful, nice, and informative... even to a small time fixer-upper owner like me. They walked me through my options, gave me the easy and cheap way and the right way to resolve my issue. They even cut some pipes down to fit in my car. Prices were totally reasonable and the product you get is exponentially better than what you get at the big stores. Some stores that generally serve professionals can be a little intimidating for homeowners; but, they're almost always worth the effort to seek out. That's doubly true of a place like this that went out of their way to help a novice without a lot of experience and who also offer quality products. Better yet...completely reworked the faucet and drain under my kitchen sink, a job I was dreading, in just a couple of hours with their help and products.”

“My son started drum lessons over a year ago now at Staump with Tim! I switched from another local place and I’m so glad we did! My observations are that Tim has a ton of experience, he has passion for what he does and he gives individualized lessons, where he caters to the child’s needs. My son started with a group lesson and then on his own. I’m so grateful for my son’s overall experience at Staump. My son unfortunately doesn’t do a lot of practicing on his own at home, so when I sit in on his lessons it just amazes me how much he has learned just coming to lessons once a week. But from the beginning to now, he has shown more confidence in drumming, way more coordination, rhythm and beat! He can play a few songs, and is working up courage to play more in front of camera! That’s another great opportunity is to have your work be professionally recorded. What a gift. Tim will go as fast and as slow as the child is willing to go and be supportive along the way. Tim also gives him tips and tricks to help him get past any frustration. He has taught my son that having fun drumming is important and not to stress about the small stuff. At the same time, he motivates my son to have breakthroughs, which is wonderful to witness. I can’t wait to see what he does next!”

The inspection was very thorough and Jacob R was very professional and explained the process to me in great detail. The day of the treatment Austin arrived on time and explained even more about the treatment that he was applying to rid our home of these pests. He was respectful of our property and I can tell that he did a very thorough job. When he was done he reminded me of what to expect after treatment and assured me that I could call them with any questions or concerns. I was so happy not to have to endure the process of a fumigation since we own three cats and our lives are very busy. I was able to be present even during the treatment process. “We were visiting from out of town and staying at the Santee Lakes RV campground. On the way to San Diego we had a blowout on our car hauler trailer. Didn’t want to head back to AZ without a spare so stopped in at 5:00pm to get a new tire. Jeremy helped us - same person who answered the phone and said to come on down. He was so very nice. Told him no rush - put us at the end of the line as we were in town for a few days. We could come back the following day. Went across the street to Starbucks. As I was leaving the Starbucks, got a text the tire was ready. Same amount of time to make a drink as it was to get a new tire. Amazing. This is the same level of service we get at our local store in Surprise, AZ. Clearly the culture at Discount Tire is what separates them from the rest. Service is always amazing and the folks helping are always so pleasant and customer focused. Amazing job Discount Tire and thanks Jeremy for taking care of us.”
