I had the opportunity to work closely with Christopher Bryant on a couple of complex real estate transactions involving 1031 exchanges. The two properties were in different cities and came with their individual challenges. In addition to the 1031 exchange, both sales also involved the sale/exchange of businesses. Christopher was a complete pleasure to work with side by side in these transactions. Always professional, worked quickly, was very responsive, calm in demeaner, and a clear communicator.
These transactions were also quite time consuming and took several months to close escrow and Christopher provided consistent updates throughout.
