“I was in an accident and my front end was damaged along with the radiator, A/C and some other stuff. Everyone at the Spring Valley Caliber Collision was wonderful. Being in an accident is nerve racking. On top of that, I had no idea what to expect, how it all worked with insurance, how long it would take, etc. Stefan explained everything to me, kept me informed all along the way and made this whole situation very easy. Lisa and Chuck were both very kind and helpful as well. My car was done before promised and it looks beautiful. They did a great job. “If you're looking for a used car at a good price from honest people who are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchase, John and Shakori are your guys. I just bought a 2005 Honda Civic Hybrid from them. The car drives great, but with 154K miles, naturally it needed a little TLC in the repairs department. John and Shakori went out of their way to help me get the repairs done quickly and at a fraction of the cost of the dealer estimate. No pressure, no games, and customer service that would be hard to beat. I couldn't be happier with my "new" car or the buying process. I would definitely buy from them again. Also, wrt other reviewers opinions about the place, it's your job as the buyer to have a used car inspected by a mechanic. That's why dealers let you do that (John and Shakori were very accommodating of this), and that's one of the reasons why contract cancellation options exist. Even if they did have it inspected by a mechanic, you should STILL have it inspected by your own mechanic. My inspection at the Honda dealer cost me $170, a worthwhile expense if only for peace of mind before plunking down thousands of dollars on an 11-yo car with 154K miles on it.”

“Went in May of this year for a tire repair, We've been doing construction on our home and noticed a nail in my tire. Customer service was professional and service was done in timely manner. I was given a summary of the plan to see if tire could get patched up. Luckily the way the nail was stuck allowed for them to patch it up. Very satisfied with their service and will be coming back.”

“Nice park in an alright area. The grass field is well lit at night. It is a sports complex so you will more often than not see several different sports teams practicing or playing on any afternoon, evening, or weekend. There is a walking path around the perimeter of the field and big shady trees make for a lovely stroll. Come check it out. But beware of the restrooms, and check them before sending your kids in alone, it is known that there are sometimes homeless individuals in the bathrooms there and I have seen hypodermic needles on the floor in the stalls before. Please use caution and lots of hand sanitizer if you must use the restroom facilities at the sweetwater lane community park!”

“I called asking if they had any openings that same week because I had to leave town within the week, not expecting to be fit in, but they offered me a spot for the same day, which was really convenient for me. The office staff was extremely kind and helpful, I have no complaints. I had come in because I was at risk for glaucoma and Dr. Fleming ran multiple tests until I was sure I had nothing to worry about and then he ran one more. He was kind, patient, and thorough and I left feeling confident in my care. Overall a great experience.”
