  Tammy was so helpful with helping us pick the right size unit. She is very friendly and professional . Unit & area is very clean . Their security is great. Pleased with our selection of storage .

  Great price and very clean units, but the real star is the manager Tammy. I am storing items from my business and she showed me a unit that was next to another unoccupied unit because she said you never know if one will be enough. Sure enough a week later I rented the next door unit and it couldn't have been more convenient. Thank you Tammy.

  Best storage facility in Valley Center, CA. I've used other storage facilities in the greater San Diego area and this one by far is the cleanest one. The onsite manager (Tammy) is super friendly and helpful. She helped me to secure two units virtually over the phone, in midst of my hectic moving schedule. Easy access in and out with plenty of room to maneuver. Plus, the price is extremely competitive. All in all, I am super happy.

  My family and I have had a unit here for almost 10 years and never had a problem. They are currently trying to clean up and update the property. Tammy is a pleasure to work with, always has a smile and ready to help anyone who walks thru her door. I just wish there gate hours went to 9pm or 10pm instead of 8pm. 😏

  We’ve had a unit here for about a year and have been very pleased with our experience thus far. Their hours of operation are convenient, the units are easy to access and the facility is safe and always secure (security on site). To top it all off, the customer service has been fantastic. We recently rented a second unit and they gave us a fantastic deal which was greatly appreciated. I had the pleasure of working with Tammy, who was friendly, efficient and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!
