Closet World - Vista

An Update: The Closet World Regional Manager contacted me and promptly sent out an experienced installer to fix the height of the desk. The installer fixed this in less than 30 minutes. This time the customer service was great. I hope they keep this kind of service and communication from day 1.

Original Review: Worst company I have ever dealt with. A one day closet+Desk installation turned into a two month ordeal. Wasted my time from work for their last minute cancellations at least 5 times over this two month period. They send untrained or poorly trained people to the jobs that needs to be fixed by more experienced person. Finally, I found out about a month after installation that the computer desk counter top is a couple of inches higher than the standard height (that has been uncomfortable and causing back pain). They refuse to fix without charging extra even it is under warranty. It's the mistake that they should fix without charge. I would stay away from this company. I should have payed attention to the star rating and all the previous reviews.

I hired closet world to take care of my small walk-in closet ! I am so thankful I did! The designer “ Anna” did great job with the design and accommodating all my requests , she was so sweet and patient to rewrite the contract 3 times to accommodate changes without complaining ! Before the delivery date “ Johnny “ from the company called me to confirm the delivery time with me, on the date of delivery the installers “jamie” and “Steve”” arrived on time and did a great job installing everything without causing a mess ! Not only that, but I also called Johnny where I requested a last minute change while they were installing, “ I wanted to add molding “, we called “Johnny “and he was so nice and helpful , he brought over the extra needed material and we installed everything same day within couple hours ! I am so pleased with their professional service and highly recommend it to everyone!” Attaching photo before molding “

Great Experience, Amazing People : We had 6 different companies bid on this and at first where concern with some of the bad reviews, however they all had some. Our Designer Karen Griswold was amazing, patient and had great ideas. She worked with out budget and came out with perfect design including allot of custom work. And have to say that her Install team Luis and Angel was just as awesome, they showed up on time, the worked hard and event did some extra little things to make it all look better. The craftsmanship was top of the line, even in the places you cannot see easy, nothing like the some of the reviews. DO NOT HESITATE TO GO WITH CLOSET WORLD! Ask for Karen for design and Luis to install and you will be a happy camper like us.
