Olympus Movement Performance

I love working out at Olympus. The coaches constantly push me to be my best. The workouts are completely different and unique every single day. I really like the mobility, stretching, and warm ups that are incorporated in every class. I was very reluctant to try crossfit at first. The coaches are very knowledgeable about adjusting exercises to make all movements possible for everyone. They genuinely care about each athlete. I have met many new friends that I look forward to seeing every day. The gym is a great community and I encourage anyone curious to come in and try it a few times!

I have been going to Olympus for the past 6 months and have been thoroughly impressed with everyone, from the office staff to the practitioners. Getting my health dialed in is their number one priority and it shows. I have been working with Kimberly and she’s fantastic. She is super responsive to any inquiries I have and checks in on me when I’m not bugging her with questions. I really like that she incorporates my feedback into my wellness plan so that I get the best results possible. If you want to look and feel your best, this is the place to be.

In response to the review posted by Derek Deviny, I would just like to say that the photo he posted is of myself and my family working out safely and happily at our favorite gym. We did not give this person consent to take our photos or post them. We are part of the same household and are so grateful that Olympus has made it possible for us to continue working out safely outside. We stay distant from all other members, and sanitize all equipment after we touch it. I can assure you that Olympus Movement Performance takes all precautions and follows state and county guidelines. They have always provided small classes and an amazing fitness environment. Their knowledge, expertise, and coaching have helped me recover from a devastating spinal cord injury in ways I never thought possible. It is imperative that I stick with my workout routine so that I don’t have a setback in my recovery, and I am so glad that Olympus has made that possible for me.
