After a missed delivery, my husband and I met with the owner. She explained fully what had happened, offered a full refund, the contents of the delivery, as well as offered a complimentary 10 person party. She was very genuine and explained what they were doing to prevent anything like this from happening in the future. Professionally handled. Looking forward to getting cupcakes with them in the future
