I was absolutely pleased with the outstanding service Tom and his team provided. The vehicle was and still is in fantastic shape, being the fact its a used vehicle. I was in and out within a few hours. I will definitely be recommending Provident AG to my friends and family.

Far from your stereotypical car dealer. Probably the easiest, best and fastest experience I've ever had. Tom was to the point and no B.S. Told me that he stands behind all of his cars. We verbally agreed on fixing a slow rolling window and any lights on the dash. The check engine light ended up coming on a few days after getting my truck. He sent me to a mechanic not far and the mechanic took care of it. It was a simple/benign issue (evap error, but not the gas cap) but ended up costing Provident over $500. No questions or nothing they took care of it. Tom communicated with me with immediate responses (via text) the whole time. The lot looks like other dealers, but the service and people inside are a head above.
I can't say it enough, but I highly recommend Ryan and Tom at Provident Auto.

I have been searching for a first generation Tacoma for a very long time, I expanded my search to a little further away and I am so glad I did! The guys at Provident Auto took such amazing care with me and I could not be more thankful for the great deal I got.
They answered my questions over the phone, made a time for me to come see it, gave me an estimate for my trade in over the phone (a thing most big dealerships never do) and made it worth my while to drive up to see them. They never lied, never danced around numbers, were always truthful and explained everything in a clear respectful manner.
They offered me an extended warranty (on top of their awesome 30 day warranty). I usually never do extended warranties but this one was too good to pass up.
I will go back to them whenever I need a new car and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. A must visit dealership!
