RC Auto & Smog

RC Auto and Smog may be one of the last honest auto repair shops left in this day and age. Robert, the owner, is of outstanding character and has only ever recommended repairs that I need. If I don't need something repaired on my vehicle, he will communicate that with me and he will.let me know when to bring my vehicle back to have this or that done. He is NOT about the money. He is strictly about pleasing his customers. I have ALWAYS been VERY pleased with my experiences at RC Auto and Smog. And as a woman, I value the fact that I am NOT taken advantage of but TAKEN GOOD CARE of. I HIGHLY Recommend!!

I brought my car in after being recommended for a wheel alignment by Discount Tires which also provided a discount coupon. I was able to get in right away. Dale was very nice and knowledgable, answered all of my questions and only recommended the work I really needed. He gave me upgrade options so I could make an informed decisions but was not trying to oversell. I am happy with my experience and I would recommend RC Auto & Smog. Give them a try!

I bought a used diesel vehicle and they looked it over and found some issues that needed to be fixed right away. Dale and the team got everything ordered and installed in a quick manner. I’ll be back here for my automotive needs.

I was referred here recently by discount tire to get some lugs replaced on my old F150

I had such a good experience at RC. I usually dread going to the mechanic but these guys were fair. They made professional recommendations, not demands. Dale was responsive and kind.

The work was all done quickly (within a few days, I let them know it was not my daily driver and expected a longer turn around time).

The rates offered were very fair. I’ve recently seen the same work quoted at a higher price on a different vehicle of mine (tire rod ends).

The fact that all the work performed came with a one year warranty should serve as a testimony to the quality of work they perform and the standards they hold themselves to

As someone who isn’t a gear head and has been taken for a ride at the shop in the past, It’s really refreshing to have a wholesome experience at the mechanic.
