The first thing you did is hire people who know what they are recommended and very knowledgeable on all products you sell. I apologize I forgot his name but without him taking charge and his training and always a smile on his face , he is the customer service is fantastic. This is the only reason I shop there twice a month, it's your kind hearted staff that keeps me loyal to your store. Thank you Lili Katona.

I just popped in because my hair stylist is right around the corner and was pleasantly surprised! I don't have a need for their dog food (didn't make it back there even) but I did spend some time up in the front buying a couple of toys and perusing their "Chew Bar". I wanted to go this evening, but of course I looked 20 min before they close. Definitely going to support this local business ongoing!

This is an organized and well stocked place. I came in and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful Jeremy was. He helped me find what I was looking for and offered up some additional products which were an excellent addition to my probiotics purchase.

He even graciously and gregariously entertained a puppy love conversation where we shared stories about our fur babies.
